　　1) Check the drum harmomegathus is reliable, while rising diameter, pressure should be kept 5-6MPa, jaw position switch is reliable and accurate, jaw open mouth should be 0-12mm.

　　2) Check the planetary reducer, helical gear reducer lubrication oil and all connecting screw are solid and reliable.

　　3) Pushing plate device should be in and out freely, easy to operate.

　　4) Whether discharging car, lifting and translational action is normal, limit switch should be accurate.

　　5) Whether rotating oil cylinder has leakage phenomenon.
