HZZG casting roller shell
HZZG casting roller shell is in Cr-Mo-V steel material, and it is manufactured wherein a chromium layer is plated onto the inside surface of the shell. After special smelting, forging and pressing heat treatment, the time before appearing certain deep heat fatigue crack is twice than normal. Thus significantly prolonging the life of the roll. Casting roller shell surrounding the core must be removed periodically, and the core repaired and reground before rebuilding of the roll assembly.
