Plate Filter

　　1. Product Description

　　Plate filters are used to clean the cooling lubricant during aluminum cold rolling. Advanced filtration methods are used to provide high-precision rolling oil to the system, improve rolling efficiency, and further increase yield.

　　Cold rolling mill plate filter systems have multiple functions. Scale and scum generated during rolling must be removed. Temperature must be controlled along with flow and pressure. Keeps coolant in a healthy condition, extending coolant life and providing superior plate surface and foil quality. This system solves the problem that traditional methods cannot meet the new requirements of cleaning low-stain tablets and emulsion conditioning.

　　2. Composition: filter box, valve, hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic pump station, hydraulic pipeline, filter paper rack, electrical operating box (Siemens PLC and components), etc.

　　The filtration process is carried out in parallel in multi-layer square plate filters. All filtration and operational cleaning are controlled by PLC programmable controller. The filter aid device operates automatically during the filter, cleaning, pre-sedimentation and refilling procedures. Paper changing time is manually controlled. The filter agent is sprayed onto the special filter media through a spray pump with a certain suction force. The filtration capacity will be generated when a certain thickness of filter layer is reached. During the filtration process, filter aids are continuously added to ensure filtration accuracy and greatly improve filtration accuracy and efficiency.
